Mystery Boy Chapter 1“GET UP!” The sound of steel ruthlessly colliding into iron fills the room as the guard hammers his baton against the bars. “You have 10 seconds before I spark Ole Franky up and let touch ya.”Disoriented by the ringing and sudden change of temperature from “Freezer” to “Hell”, it takes me a minute to realize that “Ole Franky” is not actually an old perverted male that enjoys waking up younger convicts, but rather his baton. The baton that doubles as, what had to be, an illegal voltages count Taser. Unfortunately, by the time I process this information, Franky was shooting 50,000 volts of electricity through my body. I scream and contort my body, and in an attempt to escape contact with baton, I crash to the floor face first. Laughter from more than one person erupts throughout the prison.“Ughh!” I grumble to the floor and slowly push myself up. As my eyes focus, I quickly get a head count
Mystery Boy - Intro IntroI am in a cell alone. The guards didn’t trust putting me in with another person. I canbarely remember what happened… how I got in here, who I am... Nothing makes sense. I onlyremember bits and pieces… Screams, mostly screams. And blood. That’s all I remember. Mysentencing will take place tomorrow after noon. People will decide my fate. A case where Iam the criminal, and don’t know the crime. Oh well, I think as I climb up to the top bunk,straighten the blue sheets, and lay down. I turn my head to stare at the iron bars thatblock the only opening of this concrete cube. My bunker’s frame is mostly solid steel, with2 thin “mattresses”. Apparently comfort is not the purpose of this room. Shivering, I foldthe sheets in half, curl into a ball, and wrap them around my body. Why not give us thedeath sentence if you plan on freezing us in cells anyway? Closing my eyes, I count by4’s until
